Tottenham Hotspur has announced that Swedish defender, Amanda Nildén, will be making the move to the Lilywhites permanent, after a successful loan spell there this season.
On loan from Juventus, the left-back spent six months in North London, making 10 appearances for the side.
Playing in the North London derby and helping the team to their first FA Cup final, she has been a key player in the latter half of the season for Spurs.
The Swedish international joined the team during the winter transfer window and her contract means that she will stay with the club until 2027.
In the past, Nildén has also played for fellow WSL club, Brighton and Hove Albion, before joining Juventus in the summer of 2021.
She told the Tottenham media team: “We’ve shown we can compete with the best teams, that’s why it’s so fun to sign now to see what next season can bring.”
