Aston Villa has signed Canadian goalkeeper Sabrina D’Angelo following the expiration of her Arsenal contract.

On 31 July, the club announced that D’Angelo will be joining the squad on a two-year deal. 

The 31-year-old goalkeeper has formerly played for Toronto Lady Lynx, Western New York Flash, North Carolina Courage, and Vittsjö GIK prior to her year-and-half spell in North London.

During her time at Arsenal, D’Angelo made 15 appearances in all competitions for the club.

The Canadian international is currently at the Paris 2024 summer Olympics with the Canadian national team.
